4. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

Customers are strongly advised to record a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video while opening the package.

For claims related to:

  • Damage
  • Leakage
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect products
  • Tampered packaging

an unboxing video may be required for claim verification.

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the claim.


5. Claim Reporting Timeline

Any issue related to damaged, leaking, incorrect, or missing products must be reported within:

24–48 hours of delivery

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution.

To raise a claim, customers may be required to provide:

  • Order ID
  • Photos/videos
  • Clear issue description
  • Unboxing video
  • Packaging images where applicable

6. Refund Approval Process

All refund, replacement, or return requests undergo an internal verification process.
