9. Delivered Order Responsibility

Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the courier partner at the address provided during checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

Satvik Krushidhan shall not be held liable for:

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
  • Acceptance of the package by unauthorized persons at the delivery location

10. Damaged, Tampered, or Missing Shipments

Customers are requested to inspect the package carefully at the time of delivery.

please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:

Claims submitted without sufficient supporting evidence may not qualify for resolution.


11. Cash on Delivery (COD)
